Follow a few simple steps to help us gain fantastic results for you:
Use fabric softener.
Don't over-dry items, too long in a hot dryer causes heavy creasing.
Prioritise your pile! Label the most urgent items by placing in a bag or box to be done first.
Leave LOTS of hangers. Ironing is at its best when on a hanger.
To save the planet, we offer reusable clothing bags to reduce plastic waste.
Book your slot in advance, for guaranteed service.

1 hour non-stop ironing £15.00
2 hours non-stop ironing £25.00
Collection and return service £5.00
We offer a evening collection and delivery service
(collect on instructed evening then return following evening).
Also a same day service at no extra charge: morning collection before 11.30am
followed by an evening return on the same day, dependant on block availability.
We will endeavour to deliver at a time to suit you.

We can provide excellent cleaning services along with our ironing service. Contact us to discuss your cleaning requirement/s.
Prices start from £30 for a standard clean.
PAYMENT
Payment is due when booking a block by bank transfer or in full on delivery.
INSURANCE
Iron-in is fully insured and DBS checked. References available upon request.
DAMAGE
Any items that are dirty, iron damaged or stained will be returned un-ironed to avoid any misunderstanding, unless iron-in have been pre-warned.
In the unlikely event of an item becoming damaged during the ironing or delivery process the customer must inform Iron-in within 48 hours.
Payment for a damaged item is limited to £20 which is strictly as a good-will gesture.
